What You Need To Draw Your Frog :

  • Paper, pencil or marker, and eraser

Start by drawing lightly so that it can be easily erased if there are mistakes, continue by following the arrow step.

Step 1: Draw the Frog’s Face

Firstly, draw a large oval to create the frog’s head. Then, add two circles at the top of the oval for the frog’s eyes.

Tip: Keep the circles slightly separated at the top to give your frog that classic wide-eyed look!

Step 2: Draw the Body Shape Of The Frog

Below the head, draw a second oval to form the frog’s belly. Then From the sides of the belly, draw two curved lines reaching downward to make the front legs. After that at the end of each leg, draw three small ovals to create webbed feet.

Tip: For an extra-fun detail, keep the webbed toes a bit rounded!

Step 3: Draw the Frog’s Hind Legs

At the bottom of the body, draw two long ovals to shape the hind legs. Inside each oval, add a straight line to make the legs stand out. Then, draw curved lines at the ends of these legs to finish the webbed feet.

Tip: Give the hind legs ovals a slight bend to show that your frog is ready to leap!

Step 4: Draw the Face Details Of Your Frog

Inside each eye circle, draw another small circle with a dot inside to make the eyes sparkle. Below the eyes, draw two tiny ovals for the nostrils. Then, add a curved line below the nostrils for the mouth, and two small circles on each side of the mouth for a friendly expression.

Tip: Adding circles from each part of the mouth makes your frog look extra cheerful!
