What You Need To Draw Your Cat :

  • Paper, pencil or marker, and eraser

Start by drawing lightly so that it can be easily erased if there are mistakes, continue by following the arrow step.

Step 1: Draw the Cat’s Body Shape

To begin with, draw a big oval shape to form the cat’s body. Inside this oval, then add two straight lines down the center for the front legs.

Tip: Make the oval a bit wider to give the cat a solid stance.

Step 2: Draw the Cat’s Head, Ears and Legs

Draw a smaller oval on top of the body for the cat’s head. Then, add two triangle shapes at the top of the head for the ears. Then at the bottom of the body, draw two small half ovals for the back legs.

Tip: Draw the ears nice and pointy for a cute, cat-like look!

Step 3: Draw Cat Tail and Paws

Add a long, curved line from the back of the body for the tail, then at the ends of the legs, draw small curved lines to create the paws.
